We provide generic programmes for all youth from all backgrounds and we have our unique Brent School United, aimed specifically for reducing youth violence and increasing youth participation and exposure to careers.

We are a unique and forward-thinking organisation that recognises and nurtures the potential of young people, the youth industry and businesses by bridging the gap between them all; Enhancing and up-skilling young people and workforce.
Our mission is and has been to facilitate a seamless transition from education to the professional world. We provide generic programmes for all youth from all backgrounds and we have our unique programmes aimed specifically for youth; voluntary services and charities and businesses and organisations

We act as a bridge between the youth and established business leaders, professionals, and organisations. We creates spaces for inter-generational collaboration and knowledge sharing, facilitating mentorship programs that connects experienced professionals with aspiring young leaders. BSU Brent Summer University
Managed and coordinated for Brent Council 2002 -2012
Brent Summer University (BSU) achieved several accolades and recognition during its operation, reflecting its impact on youth development and community engagement. These include:
1. National Recognition:
BSU was hailed as a model of excellence for youth programs in the UK. Its success inspired other boroughs to establish similar initiatives.
2. Awards:
• Philip Lawrence Award: BSU won this prestigious award, which recognises outstanding projects that promote positive citizenship among young people.
• Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award for Voluntary Service: This award acknowledged the contributions of volunteers who supported BSU, further highlighting its community-driven approach.
3. Government and Media Praise:
BSU received commendations from government officials and was often featured in local and national media as an exemplary initiative tackling youth disengagement and providing skills for future employment.
4. Youth Outcomes:
Many participants went on to win individual awards or gain scholarships and placements in further education, creative industries, or community leadership roles, which indirectly showcased BSU’s success.

WOW, A Project by Mac Ferrari a BMW signed to show unity for youth, WOW was created to raise funds to purchase youth club to deliver Macs ideas Both projects created by the dynamic Mac Ferrari, we supported MAC with YDAP to keep the concept going until he auctioned the car. INTERNATIONAL YOUTH business exposure
We worked with 5 schools from South Italy, exposing and managing their work experience, (fashion, web site creation, data management, law, sport and social media) and their travel and trips for 150+ student

AFTER SCHOOL AND HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS
BSU - Borough School United
Schools United exists to increase youth in further studies & employment, to reduce youth violence and gangs, to reduce youth xenophobia, to increase fun and participation.
Schools United creates and delivers borough-wide programmes and delivers them in schools and not local youth and community centres. We deliver in this manner as most youth and community centres are on estates or what is deemed postcode protect spots by young people. This increases territorial and gangland mindsets and reduces other young people from other areas or from within the area from attending due to risk and fear. By delivering in school we reduce the fear for parent and young people in form of travel and attending as they are familiar of the venue and shared facilities.

The root of this problem?
A significant disconnect between the education provided by academic institutions and the skills demanded by the industry.
Our students, from primary to university levels, are often subjected to outdated curricula that fail to equip them with the necessary skills required in the modern professional world. The focus remains predominantly on passing exams, with little emphasis on practical skills, critical thinking, or creativity. This approach leaves our youth unprepared for the realities of employment and entrepreneurship.

Football, sports and off-pitch careers programme:
EXPANDING HORIZONS INITACTIVES
At Revo Seccus, we use football and sports as a gateway to expose young people to real career opportunities; As not all will be success for on-the-pitch we focus on providing other transferable skills such as: media, events, fashion (merchandising) and enterprise. We've had previous success with10 trained and employed youth football coaches, for GPA Global Performance Academy — and in the next three years, we're scaling this model to reach hundreds more, connecting them to off-pitch pathways like content creation, merchandise design, catering and much more. Since 1994, we’ve successfully delivered youth development projects across London. Over time, we’ve witnessed the limitations of traditional public funding models — which often lead to financial instability and time poverty for community organisations like yours.
To solve this, we’ve built a sustainable model that leverages partnerships with corporate and commercial entities looking to make a positive and measurable impact on young people’s lives through their CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives.
