Willesden Sport Centre
19.30-20.30 (session 1)
20.30-21.30 (sessions 2)
This provision is for 14-25 year old to create new habit on a Friday evening a time when it is easy to get cuaght up in bad habits and be with bad influences.
Young men come and have personal and group training with mentoring.
The activities consist of:
- Cardio training
- Gym training
- Weight training (age dependent)
- Boxing (pad, defense and footwork
